Our Staff
The Paragon staff works to help patients of all ages gain (or regain) functional communication, feeding and swallowing abilities. In this light, we continuously train in the latest techniques, and participate in our professional organizations. Staff is encouraged to maintain a high level of competency through skill development and training. Learn more about our therapists.

We utilize traditional therapy approaches in conjunction with technology-based interventions. Most of our services are provided in the natural environment (home, school, daycare). Adult patients, voice patients, and most private insurance patients are seen in our office located at 1214 Woods Chapel Road Blue Springs, Mo. 64015. Inpatient, outpatient, and home health services are available from birth to geriatrics.

Where do we see patients?
Most of our services are provided in the natural environment (home, school, daycare). Adult patients, voice patients, and most private insurance patients are seen in our office located at 1214 Woods Chapel Road Blue Springs, Mo. 64015.

Inpatient, outpatient, and home health services are available in two community hospitals (which ones?) for patients from birth through geriatrics.

Pediatric Services
We provide in-home, daycare- and clinic-based services through multiple agencies providing for children from birth to age three. Some children older than age three are covered under Medicaid and private health insurance.

Insurance

• We are vendors for most of the major insurance companies. (See our current list of insurance plans.)
• We are trained and certified in the Missouri First Steps Re-design.
• We can bill several other insurance companies as out-of-network providers, or with prior authorization.

For patients with out-of-network benefits or without insurance, our rates are very reasonable and we will work with you on a payment plan.
