JAMIE RUSSELL

Jamie Russell founded Paragon Speech Pathology Services in 1991 with the
mission of providing quality speech and language services to those in
need.
Jamie graduated from Fontbonne College in 1984 with her Master of
Science Degree in Communication Disorders. She has her Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech, Language and Hearing
Association and is licensed in the state of Missouri. She has worked in
a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, home health
agencies, clinics and in the natural environment.
Jamie continues to maintain an active caseload, providing
videofluoroscopic evaluations/dysphagia management, adult evaluations
and treatment, pediatric evaluation and treatment and voice therapy.
In addition to managing Paragon and providing on-going treatment, Jamie
is the Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the Missouri Speech,
Language and Hearing Association. In this capacity she is liason between
the Association and the Legislature and works closely with the Lobbyist
to effect change in the government which benefits the profession.
Jamie served on the Phase 1 Implementation team Design, helping to
structure the Missouri First Steps Reconstruction in the western part of
the state. She served as co-chair on the Clay, Platte, Ray County LICC-Early
Childhood Community Council.
